This position offers a base salary range of $84,182 - $140,304 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus bonus based on company performance.

This role qualifies for a remote work arrangement within our 7 state footprint (PA, OH, MI, WV, VA, MD, NC).
Manage and elevate Sheetz’ brand, public image, and reputation across various communication channels through strategic thinking and customer relationship skills, storytelling ability, and deep understanding of brand positioning.
1. Develop and execute strategies and activations that align with the Brand Strategy to drive awareness, buzz, and brand equity, which may include the directing of outside public relations and branding firms.
2. Align area objectives with the strategic goals of the Department and monitor annual budgets for assigned area of responsibility to maximize profitability.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key community, media trade, and industry contacts, positioning Sheetz as industry leader – stay up to date on industry trends and opportunities to obtain our Brand Equity goals.
4. Responsible for elevating the Sheetz brand in timely and relevant ways by serving as brand publicist, providing information to the media or coordinating the appropriate contacts within Sheetz.
5. Collaborate with internal teams on brand and campaign launches, product announcements, and events.
6. Build synergy and create buzz around new products and store services by working closely with Brand Strategy team.
7. Identify, monitor, and report on metrics that measure the effectiveness of campaigns, product announcements, events, and activation efforts.

Education
• Bachelor’s degree in public relations, journalism, or related field required.
Experience
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate communications, public and multi-channel media relations, or relevant communications focused area required.
