CLI Regional HR Generalist II

Provide support to the CLI HR Department, Terminal and Support Staff Management, and employees regarding all areas of Human Resources, including, but limited to, employee engagement, recognition and culture initiatives. Provide guidance to managers and employees through interpreting policies and administering procedures in partnership with Sheetz support staff departments and in compliance with all federal, state and local guidelines and company policies.

1. Respond to managers, employees and applicants regarding a broad range of human resources issues on a daily basis.
2. Partner with Employee Relations to support management in addressing workplace concerns and implementing performance improvement and development plans consistent with company policy and established procedures
3. Provide guidance and support throughout the Talent Acquisition process and collaborate with stakeholders to identify and recommend talent program enhancements that support business needs.
4. Serve as a trainer/presenter at various company orientations, trainings and events.
5. Collect, analyze and present data related to human resources and special projects.
6. Coordinate and support employee leaves of absence (examples: medical, personal, military and workers’ compensation leaves).
7. Assist with the development, alignment and implementation of company policies, procedures and programs.
8. Manage and coordinate communication with vendors and field operations as it relates to human resources, employee recognition and special events.
9. Serve as a liaison between CLI and Sheetz.

Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or Business related field required

Experience
• Minimum 3 years’ general HR experience required

Travel
• Travel to assigned CLI Terminals on a routine basis.

Licenses/Certifications
• Valid Driver’s License

• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP Certification preferred
