CLI Terminal Manager

Manage all operational and day-to-day aspects of assigned terminal and/or terminals while promoting a positive culture.

1. Maximize the development of internal talent through regular performance coaching, performance reviews and presenting developmental opportunities.
2. Maintain a positive culture.
3. Align area objectives with the strategic goals of the department.
4. Monitor annual budgets for assigned area of responsibility to maximize profitability.
5. Prepare and review P&L.
6. Maintain compliance with all Federal, State, and Local transportation regulations.
7. Maintain active communications with all CLI Transport and Sheetz departments as required or as needed.
8. Coordinate and insure equipment readiness and compliance with all federal state and local laws

(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)

Education

• Bachelor's degree in business management with logistics concentration or a related field required

Experience

• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in the transportation industry required

Licenses/Certifications

• HM-126F
• Valid Driver’s License
