This position offers a base salary range of $52,706 - $95,831 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus bonus based on company performance.

This position qualifies for a remote work arrangement within our 7 state footprint (PA, OH, MI, WV, VA, MD, NC). This is a first shift position working 9:00am - 6:00pm.
Provide end user support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis of moderately complex IAM-related requests and incidents across the organization. Act as an escalation point to provide assistance and guidance to junior team members. Assist and participate in operational workflow refinement for task optimization and in maintaining compliance with security policies, implementing process improvements, and support IAM solutions to enhance identity and access operational efficiency.
1. Serve as initial technical resource and escalation point for challenging or high-priority Identity and Access Management tasks to include but not limited to account management, password management, access lifecycles, authentication and authorization support, entitlement management, and non-employee identity management; Assist junior team members to develop skills and capabilities.
2. Utilize in-depth knowledge of IAM Operations processes to participate, support, and assist in the refinement of processes and documentation.
3. Implement continuous improvements by optimizing workflows and reducing manual effort through automation; collaborate with IAM teams, IT, and other business units to ensure seamless Identity and Access Management processes.
4. Assist in development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflow documentation, end-user training materials, and job aids for identity operations tasks to deliver consistent and scalable experiences.
5. Participate in Implementation, Deployment, and Documentation projects, as assigned.
6. Monitor identity systems and processes, identify trends, and report potential issues to the appropriate teams.
7. Collaborate with senior IAM team members regarding identity-related issues.
8. Provide evening and weekend “on call/issue” support as needed. Sheetz is open 24/7/365 and as such, our internal and external customers may require support at any time.
(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered. Two years of experience is equivalent to one year of college/trade school)
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field is required
Experience
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Identity and Access Management or related field using IAM platforms, solutions, and technologies (SailPoint, BeyondTrust, Saviynt, Delinea, ForgeRock, Ping Identity, Okta, CyberArk, Duo, Entra, Active Directory, etc.) required.
• Previous experience with service management tools and reporting (ServiceNow, Jira, ManageEngine, etc.) required.
• Previous experience implementing or maintaining IAM principles within core concepts (Lifecycle Management, Access Management, Identity and Access Governance, and Privileged Access Management) required.
• Previous experience with basic scripting and automation is preferred.
Licenses/Certifications
• HDI or Cyber Operations, IAM, or similar certification is preferred.
