Inventory Control Supervisor

This position offers a base salary range of $49,337.00 - $89,702.00 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus bonus based on company performance.

Oversee the accuracy and balance of the physical and systematic inventory for the Findlay facility and maximize warranty reimbursements.

1. Define, monitor, and communicate measurable performance goals via regular feedback and annual performance reviews.
2. Coach direct reports to maximize development of internal talent.
3. Audit the daily workload, functions, and tasks of the Inventory Control / Warranty & Returns team and validate completion of all assigned tasks.
4. Supervise cycle counts and all adjustments made to inventory to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
5. Research, assemble, and communicate the monthly inventory over/short report and other inventory audit reports.
6. Coordinate movement of stock within warehouse.
7. Coordinate yearend inventory of Sproul, McCabe, and 3rd party warehouses.
8. Supervise all technician/Installation/Construction returns and credits processing.
9. Ensure all available warranty claims are submitted and reconciled.

Education
• Technical / Trade Training / Sheetz Training required

Experience
• Minimum 3 years related Supply Chain experience required
• Experience within MC workorder / inventory system or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 1 year Supervisory experience preferred
