Office Cleaning Staff Supervisor

Assist and direct staff in the cleaning of administrative areas in the corporate office.

1. Define measurable, individual performance goals, monitor and communicate via regular feedback and annual performance reviews.
2. Provide developmental opportunities for all direct reports.
3. Coach direct reports to maximize development of internal talent.
4. Direct staff to assure that daily and periodic cleaning of administrative areas are completed.
5. Assist staff with cleaning tasks.
6. Order cleaning products, supplies and equipment as needed.
7. Schedule and coordinate carpet cleaning as needed.
8. Notify maintenance department of any defects or repairs needed to building or equipment.
9. Retain receipts for purchases and submit with credit card statement - complete online accounting processes.

(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)

Education

• High School Diploma/GED required

Experience

• 1 year supervisory experience required

• None

Tools & Equipment (Other than general office equipment):

• Vacuums, scrubbers, buffers
