Print Services Program Specialist

Act as key point of contact for organization as it relates to signage production and fulfillment requests. Align print shop capabilities and products to provide best solutions to fit organizational needs. Ensure expert planning of production projects and communication to requesters and production teams.

1. Serve as point of contact for organization to receive print requests.
2. Analyze and capture requirements for all print project requests; prepare and proof data/art files for production.
3. Manage and coordinate signage fulfillment program projects and provide related service to store locations.
4. Collaborate with production and prepress teams to confirm product specifications and feasibility.
5. Develop estimates, propose solutions, and present project proposals per production capabilities.
6. Create production order and coordinate production plans with all resources both internal and external to SDS Print Services.
7. Monitor and communicate project status to production team members and internal clients; reporting on quality, performance, and efficiency metrics.
8. Collaborate with prepress design team to ensure artwork requirements are met and final proofs align to internal client expectations
9. Adhere to all pre-production processes and procedures.
10. Support implementation of continuous improvement efforts and cost control procedures.

Education
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Technical / Trade Training / Sheetz Training required.
• Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, Graphic Arts or other closely related field is preferred.

Experience
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in account management, project management, and working knowledge of print production, prepress processes or other job shop manufacturing required.
