Store Development Support Specialist

Provide support to Store Development throughout various stages of new store building and petroleum construction and renovation of existing facilities.

1. Customize contracts, prepare exhibits, and purchase orders after contractor is awarded a project. Send contract package via system software and track to ensure documents come back in a timely manner and upload completed documents to the department manager.
2. Provide accurate coding and timely processing of invoices and purchase orders for all Store Development Petroleum and Construction projects and verify payments to sub-contractors and material suppliers.
3. Receive approved invoices and Purchase Orders lines from contracts in software system to match billing.
4. Organize and process procurement card receipts. Redistribute charges associated with procurement card purchases to appropriate projects and accounts for construction projects.
5. Request checks as directed by Project Management for construction project costs as needed.
6. Work with Accounts Payable to get New Contractors setup in the system with W9 and ACH forms.
7. Schedule and Run Pre Construction Meetings as directed.
8. Monitor Service Desk tickets assigned to Store Development to accrue proper assignment and timely closure.
9. Assist in the monitoring and scheduling of Camera Systems located on construction sites.
10. Perform general office duties in including but not limited to, answering telephones, word processing, copying, and filing.

Education

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Associates Degree in Accounting or related field preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years’ related experience in accounting or office related administrative duties required.

Licenses/Certifications

• Certified Notary Public preferred
