Provide support and administrative services for all Store Support departments.
1. Reconcile monthly PCard transactions, ensuring coding accuracy.
2. Process weekly payroll records.
3. Review and push through work orders through warehouse & financial systems regularly.
4. Review submitted invoices, code, and forward to Accounting for payment.
5. Manage and maintain spare vehicles, scheduling usage and service.
6. Handle customer calls associated with Gas Guarantee, working with customers, mechanics and legal to address and resolve customer fuel related issues. Will require coordination with Environmental for fuel testing as needed.
7. Coordinate pre-hire, drug & background, testing.
8. Coordinate Technician Uniform ordering.
9. Manage Pump registrations and technician certifications. Review reports and create work orders for Weights and Measures deficiencies.
10. Provide administrative support related to copying, faxing and printing documents, ordering supplies, maintaining technician on call calendars and coordinating meetings, luncheons, outings, travel & lodging for management team.
