The Associate Universal Endpoint Management (UEM) Technologist provides basic level endpoint management services and assists relating to Device Management, Compliance, Monitoring, Versioning, and Asset Protection.
1. Initial resource for UEM technical issues and call tickets.
2. Possess basic knowledge of one or more Endpoint Technologies and/or Endpoint Management Software solutions.
3. Assist with a wide range of UEM functions including but not limited to: Device Imaging, Asset Management, and Patching.
4. Support certain aspects of the Inventory Lifecycle Management process, including ordering, distribution, tracking, and warranty information, as assigned by UEM Management.
