Description

OVERVIEW

Responsible for the strategic direction and oversight of our internal wellness programs. This will include designing programs to promote employee engagement at all levels including health risk, mental well-being, fitness, financial security, etc. Responsible for the oversight of our Population Health Management, including supervision of our onsite health providers. Liaison with our applicable vendor-partners and coordination of targeted communications to promote current and new resources for employees and family members.


RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)

1. Assists in developing and executing the strategic vision for our health and wellness initiatives.
2. Assists in designing and implementing comprehensive health and wellness programs to improve the overall well-being of our members.
3. Assists in ensuring that Population Health Management policies align with corporate initiatives, state/federal regulations and industry standards.
4. Works with Human Resources, Internal Communications, Managers and other departments to integrate wellness initiatives with broader organizational goals.
5. Manages a significant budget for health and wellness programs, including resource allocation and cost-effectiveness analysis.
6. Promotes awareness and participation in wellness programs through communication and engagement strategies.
7. Utilizes data analytics to assess the impact of wellness programs and making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
8. Collaborates with external vendors and partners for services related to overall Population Health Management.
9. Provides educational resources and materials to employees to encourage healthy lifestyle choices.
10. Ensures compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.
11. Establishes and tracks quarterly metrics on our Population Health goals (utilization, health risk profiles, new services, new vendor partners, etc.)


QUALIFICATIONS

(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Health Policy Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field required.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 Years of Corporate Wellness Management or Benefits Consulting experience required.
