Digital Portfolio Manager

This position is approved to be remote, but the successful candidate will have an option to work on-site or in a hybrid capacity if desired. This role requires regular travel throughout the year for various business meetings and functions.

Responsible for the strategic execution and management of various consumer digital initiatives to enhance convenience, strengthen the brand and maximize sales.

1. Identify and champion revenue generating and experience enhancing opportunities within the digital product suite.

2. Establish and manage various digital product budgets, schedules, and performance standards to meet operating plan.

3. Oversee a portfolio of digital product roadmaps to ensure actionability, adaptability, interoperability, and effective dissemination across the larger organization.

4. Collaborate with internal business stakeholders to refine product requirements and improvements; creating alignment from other teams as necessary.

5. Proactively identify and resolve blockers to achieve business objectives for the portfolio, including operational, technical and resourcing challenges.
6. Maximize the development of internal talent through regular performance coaching, performance reviews and presenting developmental opportunities.

7. Collaborate with the brand marketing team to develop effective messaging strategies and promotional plans to help achieve established portfolio KPIs.

8. Act as the internal champion for your portfolio to ensure effective communication with key stakeholders, business leaders, and employees.

9. Work with cross functional IT teams in agreed upon sprint cadences to achieve desired results and ensure system availability, quality, and security.

10. Proactively conduct market research and establish customer feedback loops to identify product/portfolio opportunities.

Education
• Bachelor Degree with an emphasis in Business, Marketing or Information Science required.

Experience
• Minimum 7 years of product management or related experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience working with cross-functional IT teams required.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience required.
• Background in information security and software engineering is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years marketing experience preferred.
