Pilot

This position has become available due to company growth and offers a comprehensive relocation package, a consistent Monday-to-Friday schedule with 2-3 flying days per week, and the assurance of being home every evening. All flights operate with a two-pilot crew, ensuring safety and collaboration. Applicants must live within one hour of the terminal to be considered.

Conduct safe flight operations with final authority in the operation of the aircraft when assigned as Pilot In Command (PIC or Captain). Perform various other non-flying tasks which benefit the Aviation Department purpose and Total Customer Focus.

1. Act as Pilot In Command (PIC) or Second in Command (SIC) of flights as assigned in compliance with Federal, State, Local, and foreign regulations, as well as policies and procedures contained in the company Operations Manual.
2. Complete regular training and proficiency in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations, insurance requirements, and company policy.
3. Provide excellent Customer Service (Total Customer Focus) to passengers.
4. Ensure completion of all record keeping and paperwork as required by company policy.
5. Complete assigned administrative duties. May include: update databases and revisions; conduct flight checks; perform pilot orientations/training; oversee Safety management.
6. Assist in cleaning, provisioning, fueling, and ground handling of department aircraft.

Education
• Associate’s degree from Accredited College/University required

Experience
• Minimum 4 years as Pilot In Command in a crew environment required
• Previous multi engine turbine aircraft operation experience preferred 

Licenses/Certifications
• Airline Transport Pilot Certificate with appropriate ratings and limitations, or equivalent experience required.
• FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operators Permit or higher required.
• Must maintain current Second Class FAA Medical Certificate or higher required.
• Current Passport, or must be able to obtain within first 6 months of hire
• 3,000 hours Total time
– 1,500 PIC Turbine/ME (multi-engine) preferred
– 500 hours Make/Model preferred
– B300 type rating - King Air preferred, must be able to obtain within first 6 months of hire
