Project Engineer II

Analyze opportunities and develop methodologies to minimize cost, improve process, improve project execution and serve as an unbiased analyst to the Strategy Department.

1. Manage complex business impact projects.
2. Analyze procedures, equipment, and layout to identify improvements that impact data reliability/credibility, process flow, and project execution. Facilitate the implementation of process and procedure improvements.
3. Assist in developing and implementing the design and justification of new data and processes to improve execution and in facilitating the implementation of those changes.
4. Assist in analyzing technology and in facilitating the implementation of improvements/alignment of technology solutions.
5. Identify areas for improvement and suggest benefits of developing a solution.
6. Assist in developing and reporting performance measures for all levels to use in monitoring team and project execution.
7. Manage the efficient implementation of other assigned projects.
8. Highly versatile, agile learner, able to learn, question, and dive into any project/opportunity.
9. Displaying both breadth and depth, provides expert project management advice and counsel to both project sponsors on project team and when mentoring less experienced project management personnel.
10. Able to cross departmental lines to align team for project success. Displays high organizational and people savvy
11. Informs management of progress as scheduled and/or on a need-to-know basis and drives solutions to ensure project completion.

Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field required

Experience
• Minimum 3 years of related experience required
• Industrial engineering or quality systems experience preferred
