Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist

This role will primarily support our Store Support function, focusing on teams responsible for equipment installation and field issue diagnostics. It is a full-time, temporary position with no set end date at this time.

This position offers a base hourly range of $12.50 - $1.48 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, plus bonus based on company performance.

Effectively recruits for non-store positions providing, screening and hiring process guidance to hiring managers, as assigned. Proficient with a wide variety of modern recruiting technologies and online recruiting channels needed to attract and convert talent. Collaborate with the recruitment marketing team to apply marketing and advertising tactics to drive high quality applicant flow.

1. Under management direction, recruit and maintain a qualified pool of applicants for key positions in a compliant manner.
2. Leverage modern recruiting technologies and online recruiting channels to source and manage qualified candidates through pipelines for assigned roles.
3. Partner with Hiring Managers to deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruiting, hiring, and pre-onboarding process.
4. Utilize the core applicant tracking system to compliantly manage applicants through the hiring process. Provides input to management regarding system enhancements.

Education
• High School diploma/GED required
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred

Experience
• Minimum 1 year experience in the area of Talent Acquisition, recruiting preferred
