Easy access in and out of our store locations from roads, highways and intersections is crucial to deliver on our promise of convenience.
Utilities
Availability of basic utilities such as water, sewer, electric and natural gas are necessary.
Parking
The property must be able to accommodate no less than 35 vehicles, ranging up to 50 parking spots.
Traffic
Average daily traffic should fall at or above 18,000.
Acreage
Ideal lot size is 2 acres, though lots ranging between 1 - 3 acres may be considered.
Zoning
Properties must be appropriately zoned or designated as commercial on a future land use plan, allowing for a 24-hour convenience store with self-serve gasoline. While not required, zoning allowing for a carwash, drive-through or truck diesel is desirable.
